This was a cracking scratching - look at it! Plenty of hair and a large amount of meat. I had it in the Hawne Tavern on the 30th May 2010.

Have you tried making your own? Pop down the local friendly Butchers and ask for some Pork Corn hole cuts. Deep fry them then pat them dry with a tea towel. Hey presto......Corn Hole Scratchings. Buon Appetito
